DirecTV Remote Control Codes (Directv - Direct TV) For SONY TV:

An enter key must be programmed on each Directv remote control.

1. TV

2. Press and hold MUTE & SELECT, wait two blinks and release.

3. Enter the code.

Turn on your SONY TV and DirecTV.

1. Press “Menu” on the remote control.

2. Scroll to “Parental, Favs and Setup” and select “System Setup”.

3. Select “Remote” and select the option for programming.

4. Set the switch on the top panel of the remote control to “TV” mode.

5. Press and hold the Silent button. Press the “Select” button until the indicator flashes on the remote control.

6. Press the code digits on the numeric keypad of your remote.

7. The light should blink on your remote.

8. Press the button to move the channel up while pointing the remote control at the SONY TV.

9. The device will turn off when you find the correct code.
